About Dr. Elliot

Dr. Jill Elliot graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in June 1995. After graduation, she worked as an Associate Veterinarian at the A.S.P.C.A in NYC for three years. After 3 years of practicing conventional medicine, she became interested in learning more about holistic modalities of treatment.

She began her studies in homeopathy with the renowned Richard Pitcairn, DVM, Ph.D. She attended his beginner and advanced homeopathy for animals training seminars over a two year period. She then went on for advanced training in homeopathy (for people) for 5 weekends once a month in London. She then attended and completed a 3-year training course in homeopathy for people at the Teleosis School of Homeopathy in NYC.

To update and refresh her sklls in homeopathy, Dr. Elliot is enrolled in an on-going monthly homeopathic study group which started in February 2021. The leader, Tim Owens, has over 30 years of teaching and practicing homeopathy. Tim was one of her original teachers in the school of homeopathy that she attened from 2001-2003.

To learn the Veterinary Osteopathic Manipulation (VOM) and Low Level (Cold) Laser (LLLT) technology she trained with the leading veterinary neurologist, William Inman, DVM.

Over her years of practice, she has successfully treated and cured many acute and chronic diseases. The advantage Dr. Elliot has is that she has all the knowledge and tools that conventional medicine can offer, and additionally has a variety of tools to reach for from the complementary side. She tends to use complementary medicines first when treating problems.

Dr. Elliot has lectured extensively. She has been a guest on many television shows, news programs, and on public radio.
